Asst. Manager Audit

Key Responsibilities

· Conduct internal audits across hospital units and departments.

· Review IP/OP billing, collections, refunds, discounts, and identify revenue leakage.

· Audit pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, and other clinical service billing.

· Perform pharmacy and inventory stock verification; report shortages, expiries, and stock adjustments.

· Review procurement, purchase orders, goods receipt notes (GRNs), vendor bills, and payments.

· Verify doctor payments, MOUs, insurance/TPA claims, empanelment tariffs, and billing compliance.

· Monitor compliance with hospital SOPs, internal policies, and applicable statutory requirements.

· Identify financial irregularities, process gaps, and operational risks; recommend corrective actions.

· Prepare monthly audit summaries and coordinate with department heads to strengthen controls.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
