Asst. Manager

1. Strong process knowledge of manufacturing process of Rubber injection moldling, stamping, Plastic injection moulding.
2. Must be IATF 16949 Auditor & hand on experience in Supplier Audit.
3. Responsible for supplier identification, selection & development of specific project /process technologies with suppliers.
4. Strong understanding and hands on experience in GD&T, Technical feasibility reviews, APQP, PPAP Run@Rate, Safe launch.
5. Review & Conduct PPAP Audit and sign-off PSW.
6. Define & Manage launch activities at supplier end-early production containment and quality activities.
7. Perform onsite supplier visit & manage root cause analysis & verification of corrective action of supplier quality issue.
8. Work cross functionally with Program management, R&D, SQA and Plant team for smooth launch & zero customer line stoppage.
9. Initiate & Drive supplier escalation meeting at all levels in case of any quality issue in new development parts & for Low rating in Monthly performance monitoring
