• Responsible for conducting seminars/ workshops/ sessions as and when required

• To assess and process student visa applications for study abroad applicants.

• Stay updated with current Visa Policies for all countries that the organization deals in.

• Manage and coordinate between head office and branches on student visa applications.

• Coordinate and manage internal teams for smoother visa process.

• Train Team time to time to ensure all are well knowledge and updated with current visa policies.

• Maintaining accurate records of the student files and regular reporting.

• Responsible for conducting seminars/ workshops/ sessions as and when required.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in similar role

• Good knowledge of overseas Student Visa process, US / UK/ Australia/ Canada Study Visa will be preferred

• Good communication skills

• Efficient with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, Power point)

• Ability to work and operate in a team

• Open to travel
