• Plan, supervise, and monitor the entire dyeing process to ensure production targets and quality standards are met by ensuring the batch.
• Have to coordinate the outside work of Dyeing from others Factory as per batch to batch.
• Manage day-to-day dyeing operations including shade matching, recipe selection, and process control.
• Coordinate with the R&D, production, and quality control teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure proper utilization of dyes, chemicals, machines, and manpower to minimize wastage and maximize efficiency.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in the dyeing process and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain proper documentation of dyeing processes, production reports, and quality records.
• Train, guide, and monitor the dyeing team to improve skills and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies.

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10 years
• Education: bachelor of science in textile engineering (te)
• Skills: dyeing process, dyeing machinery, dyeing processes, dyeing, textile industry knowledge, technical knowledge of garment production, garment industry knowledge, garment production, laundry operations, garment manufacturing
