Asst. Manager / Dy. Manager ( Sales)

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for residential real estate projects.
• Generate and manage leads through various sales channels.
• Conduct site visits and effectively present project details to customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer follow-ups and convert leads into bookings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Coordinate with marketing, CRM and project teams for smooth sales closure.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain sales pipeline.
• Handle and guide sales team members as required.

Candidate Profile:

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Real Estate Sales.
• Candidates with Residential / Apartment Sales experience will be preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
• Target-oriented with proven sales closure capabilities.
• Experience in handling channel partners will be an added advantage.
• Immediate Joiners / Short Notice Period candidates preferred.
