Asst. Manager / Executive - Human Resources

Job Description: Asst. Manager HR / Executive HR (Property HR In-charge) – Karma Group

• Position: Asst. Manager HR / Executive HR, the single point of HR ownership at the property, reporting to the General Manager with a functional line to Corporate HR.
• Core role: Run the complete HR function at the resort, from hiring to exit, in line with Karma Group policies and service standards.
• Manpower & recruitment: Work with department heads on manpower requirements, manage sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding, including seasonal hiring.
• Attendance & payroll: Maintain attendance, leave and overtime records, and share accurate, timely inputs for monthly payroll.
• Statutory compliance: Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, labour laws and licences, and handle audits and inspections.
• Training & development: Prepare the training calendar, coordinate sessions, and maintain training records and skill matrices.
• Performance & engagement: Support appraisal cycles, recognition and engagement activities, and apply HR policies consistently.
• Employee relations: Handle grievances, discipline and staff welfare, including accommodation, canteen and uniforms.
• HRIS & MIS: Keep employee data updated in the HRMS and submit monthly reports on headcount, attrition and attendance to the GM and Corporate HR.
• Requirements: Graduate or MBA/PGDM in HR, 3-6 years of experience (hospitality preferred), working knowledge of labour laws, MS Excel and HRMS, and strong communication and people skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
