Asst. Manager Feasibility & Solutions (Solution Architect Non IT)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
MAIN ASSIGNMENTS
Senior Engineer Feasibility and Solutions is a techno-commercial role responsible for assessing the technical, operational,
commercial, and delivery feasibility of customer requirements and business opportunities. The role focuses on designing scalable
colocation and data centre solutions, evaluating capacity and infrastructure readiness, estimating implementation requirements,
and supporting successful solution deployment. Working closely with Solution Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain
teams, the incumbent ensures proposed solutions are technically viable, commercially optimized, and operationally sustainable.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the feasibility assessment of customer opportunities by evaluating technical, operational, commercial, and delivery viability.
Analyze customer requirements, business objectives, and operational challenges to develop practical and scalable solution strategies.
Design end-to-end engineering and technology solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational capabilities, industry best practices, and customer expectations.
Collaborate with Operations, Engineering/Technology, Vendors, Supply Chain (SCM Team) & Pre-Sales /Sales teams to validate solution assumptions, resource requirements, and implementation readiness.
Develop colocation solution designs, capacity allocation models, implementation plans, and infrastructure modication requirements to support customer deployments.
Conduct feasibility assessments covering capacity availability, infrastructure readiness, technical dependencies, and implementation risks.
Drive solution optimization through standardization, engineering best practices, infrastructure utilization improvements, and process efciencies.
Establish solution governance and review mechanisms to ensure adherence to quality, compliance, operational, and commercial objectives.
Support business case development by providing infrastructure modication costs, CAPEX estimates, NRC charges, implementation efforts, and technical assumptions.
Evaluate power, cooling, rack space, network connectivity, and white-space availability to determine customer deployment feasibility.
Coordinate site feasibility reviews and infrastructure assessments with Operations, Facilities, Projects , and Engineering teams.
Review customer technical requirements and ensure compliance with Data Centre design standards, service capabilities, and operational policies.
Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and delivery risks during the solution design and feasibility stages.
Ensure seamless transition of approved solutions to implementation and delivery teams through structured handover and knowledge transfer.
Maintain and enhance reusable solution assets, estimation models, frameworks, and best practices to improve solutioning efficiency and consistency.
Track emerging technologies, industry trends, and market practices to continuously strengthen organizational solution capabilities and competitiveness.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer-centric problem solving.
Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders by providing strategic insights on solution feasibility, delivery readiness, and business scalability.

3. DESIRED PROFILE:
   EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
   Degree in Engineering
   6-10 years of experience in Data Centre, Colocation, Critical Infrastructure, Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, Feasibility Assessment, or Infrastructure Planning functions.
