Experience: 5 - 10 years in any Engineering, auto components, steel / Iron manufacturing

Position Summary: The Assistant Manager. Key responsibilities include managing payroll, HR compliance, employee welfare programs, and ensuring adherence to local laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee payroll and personnel administration.

• Lead the hiring and selection of hourly and contract employees.

• Administer local training programs and ensure organizational compliance.

• Manage employee welfare facilities.

• Conduct safety and implement continuous improvements.

• Ensure statutory compliance with labor and factory laws.

• Manage contract labor and facility management teams.

• Liaise with government officials for compliance and social security matters.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Human Resources.

• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi and English.

• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
