Asst. Manager - HR

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes.
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
• Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
• Maintain manpower planning and hiring records.

2. Employee Relations

• Address employee grievances and concerns.
• Promote a positive work environment.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Conduct counseling and disciplinary meetings when required.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
• Manage leave records and approvals.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements.

4. Payroll & Compensation

• Verify attendance and payroll inputs.
• Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
• Manage employee benefits, incentives, and statutory deductions.

5. Performance Management

• Assist in performance appraisal processes.
• Track employee KPIs and performance reviews.
• Support development and succession planning initiatives.

6. Training & Development

• Identify training needs.
• Organize training programs and workshops.
• Monitor employee skill development and growth.

7. HR Administration

• Maintain employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare HR reports and MIS.
• Update HR policies and employee handbooks.
• Ensure proper documentation of HR activities

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
