- Manage full product portfolio of Additives for Polymer Corporate business.
- Develop and execute account plans; identify and convert new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with specs, BIS standards, PSU/tender norms and industry standards.
- Support PSU/tender strategy (bid/no-bid, risk/compliance coordination); support tender preparation, price offers, and key customer proposals.
- Achieve KPIs sales (volume & revenue), receivables, overdues.
