Asst. Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute domestic and international exhibitions and events.
• Manage exhibition design, layout, and display requirements.
• Coordinate complete event logistics, schedules, vendors, and related activities.
• Ensure exhibitions and projects are delivered within defined timelines and budgets.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist in developing brand collateral and marketing materials.
• Manage event-related budgets and support impactful marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate marketing activities for the company's defense products.
• Manage all printing materials required for exhibitions, events, and company branding.
• Ensure timely completion and delivery of exhibition and branding requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong ability to liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and clients.
• Experience in exhibit design and exhibition execution.
• Strong project management and event management skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Academic background in Event Management, Design, or a related field is preferred

7–12 years of relevant experience in event management, exhibition management, marketing operations, project coordination, or related areas.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Operations management: 5 years (Preferred)
