Key responsibilities

• Ensure overall product quality to meet customer satisfaction
• Maintain and improve quality and environment systems, operations training and certification programs
• Focus on customer satisfaction through quality metrics
• Implement and measure all quality and environment inspection requirements for customers, monitoring and initiating continuous improvement
• Address customer complaints and liaise with customers' quality and environment representatives for corrective action
• Schedule and conduct periodic vendor assessments for all local suppliers
• Review, implement and maintain ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO13485 systems
• Review, implement and maintain ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO13485 document and data control systems
• Conduct periodic internal audits to ensure company compliance with ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001 and ISO13485 requirements
• Ensure all SOPs are updated accordingly
