What they need
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage subcontractor billing, client billing, bar bending schedule, quantity estimation, quantity analysis, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, rate analysis for construction projects.
- Prepare detailed estimates based on project requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- Ensure timely submission of invoices and payments from clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 8-12 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) & Billing Engineering with a degree in B.Tech / B.E. Civil or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of Indian Standard Codes (ISC), International Standards Organization (ISO), Institute of Engineers (IE), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
Experience from Industrial Projects is preferred and looking for immediate joiners/Short Notice.
