ASST. MANAGER/RESIDENT RELATION ASSOCIATE

We are looking for an energetic resident relations associate with excellent customer service skills for our newly constructed affordable multi-family property in Queens. Qualified candidate must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Candidate must also be detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
-Greets residents/visitors and maintains professional relationships

-Assists Property Manager in tracking and responding to residents’ requests to ensure they are resolved to residents’ satisfaction.

-Manages all building deliveries ensuring package room is neatly organized.

-Assists Resident Manager in preparing work/purchase orders and monitoring work order logs to ensure completion.

-Assists with apartment inspections.

-Performs additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

-Preferred background in hospitality

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook

-Extremely responsive, courteous, reliable, energetic, and upbeat

-Excellent follow-up techniques

-Enjoys working in fast paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
