หน้าที่หลัก (Key Responsibilities)
Operation Management & System Setup
- ช่วยผู้จัดการร้านในการดูแลการปฏิบัติงานหน้าร้านให้ราบรื่นในแต่ละกะ (Shift Management)
- ควบคุมและตรวจสอบการใช้ระบบ POS (FoodStory) การรับเงิน การทอนเงิน และการทำรายงานปิดกะ
- ตรวจสอบการปฏิบัติตาม SOP และ Checklist ต่างๆ ของร้านอย่างเคร่งครัด
- จัดการปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าในระหว่างกะงาน และรายงานให้ผู้จัดการร้านทราบ
- ช่วยในการจัดการสินค้าคงคลัง (Inventory) และการตรวจนับสต็อกตามที่ผู้จัดการร้านมอบหมาย
People & Team Management
- ดูแลและควบคุมวินัยของพนักงาน FOH ในระหว่างกะทำงาน
- ช่วยผู้จัดการร้านในการฝึกอบรมพนักงานใหม่ และสอนงานตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
- ช่วยบริหารจัดการตารางการทำงานและการลาหยุดในแต่ละกะ
- สร้างขวัญและกำลังใจให้กับทีมงานในระหว่างปฏิบัติงาน
Professional Standard & Brand Value
- ควบคุมมาตรฐานการบริการลูกค้าและดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่บริการ
- จัดการข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้าในเบื้องต้น และรายงานให้ผู้จัดการร้านดำเนินการต่อ
- รักษาภาพลักษณ์ของแบรนด์และมาตรการด้านสุขอนามัย
