Asst Mgr To Dy Mgr Packaging Development ,Chennai

Role & responsibilities

• Manage development and validation of primary, secondary & tertiary packaging.
• Review packaging artwork, specifications, MPRs, SOPs and validation documents.
• Handle Material Approval System (MAS), vendor evaluation and packaging material qualification.
• Conduct packaging validation, shipping studies and MVTR evaluation.
• Support packaging trials, machine optimization and shop-floor troubleshooting.
• Experience with bottle, blister, pouch, sachet and secondary packaging machines.
• Ensure compliance with USFDA, EU, WHO and cGMP requirements and support regulatory audits.
