Asst. Program Manager

Job Purpose

Manage customer programs from new product development through production launch and mass production, ensuring projects meet customer requirements, quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer programs, project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams including Engineering, Tooling, Quality, Production, Planning, and Sales
• Lead NPI activities, including tooling, mold trials, sample submission, customer approval, and production launch
• Monitor project timing, cost, quality, and delivery performance
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks
• Communicate project status and key issues to customers and Management
• Lead customer meetings and support customer visits and audits
• Ensure effective implementation of engineering changes and customer requirements
• Prepare program reports and maintain project documentation

About you

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Program/Project Management in manufacturing
• Experience in plastic injection molding and NPI is preferred
• Good English communication and Microsoft Office skills
• Strong project management, coordination, and problem-solving skills
