Asst. Project Manager (Service)

Fed-Supremetech Limited (FSL), was founded in 1985, has evolved into a prominent joint venture with Schneider Electric. This partnership ensures timely technical support and spare parts for Schneider products such as ACB, MCCB, contactor, meter, and more, catering to emergency needs and the sustainable growth of FSL’s business.

With over 40 years of specialization FSL excels in the design and manufacturing of LV switchboards, MCCs, and LMCPs. Our comprehensive services include site installation, commissioning, and maintenance across Hong Kong and Macau markets.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the service team to ensure effective project execution and service delivery.
• Manage service projects (LVSB/ MCC Modification, Replacement Works) from design, production, delivery, installation, testing, and commissioning etc.
• Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and performance to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments for scheduling and carrying out the maintenance services.
• Review service reports, project documentation, and supporting records for invoicing and project closure.

Job Requirements

• Degree / Higher diploma holder in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in engineering project management, maintenance services, or low-voltage power distribution systems, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
