Asst Quantity Surveyor

• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO) for construction materials.

• Prepare Interim Claims (Progress Claims) for ongoing construction projects.

• Prepare Project Progress Reports and update project progress records.

• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BQ), cost estimates, and tender documents.

• Assist in preparing quotations, Variation Orders (VO), and final accounts.

• Assist in taking off quantities from construction drawings and project specifications.

• Assist in monitoring project costs and budget control.

• Maintain project documentation and filing records.

• Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding project-related matters.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Pay: From RM1,800.00 per month
