Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business targets
• Build strong partnerships with housing builders and maintain long-term client relationships
• Develop and implement real estate sales strategies to maximize revenue

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record in real estate sales, housing projects, or property brokerage
