Asst. Sales Supervisor

The Area Sales Manager is directly reporting to RSM and is responsible for growing the sales of the assigned area.  He/She is responsible with overseeing sales performance and activities of the sales team through setting sales goals and tracking individual sales achievement.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT

• Upskilling HRIs through regular in-field coaching sessions
• Conducts monthly performance review with the direct reports

SALES & AR Management

• Setting HRI sales Targets
• Meeting monthly and annual planned sales and AR efficiency goals
• Tracking sales and AR efficiency goals and reporting results
• Overseeing activities of sales team
• Assist HRI Specialist on initial negotiation to top HRI accounts
• Ensure monthly visit to Top Accounts.
• Recommend sales & promotional activities to drive further growth of each brand.
• Developing sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge education
• Understanding our customers and provide solution through our products

A.  Education

Bachelor’s degree in business or any related field.

B.  Type of Experience & Length of Time Required

• At least 2 years of experience as Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor
