Asst. Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily end-to-end last-mile delivery operations.
• Plan and allocate shipments, routes, manpower, and delivery resources.
• Supervise and manage Delivery Executives / Field Executives.
• Monitor daily dispatch, delivery performance, pending shipments, RTO and delivery exceptions.
• Ensure timely shipment allocation and closure as per operational targets.
• Track attendance, productivity, manpower availability and deployment.
• Handle customer and operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor delivery routes and resolve field-level operational issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners for smooth operations.
• Prepare and maintain daily MIS and operational reports.
• Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety standards and process guidelines.
• Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service quality

Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
