About the role

Assistant HR Manager responsible for recruitment, employee development, payroll administration, and labour relations management. (ฺBRT นราราม3)

Key responsibilities

• Recruitment, screening, selection and interview processes
• Onboarding and training of new employees
• Personnel development, trial period assessment and annual performance evaluation
• Payroll administration and management of employee benefits
• Labour relations oversight and ensuring employee compliance with organisational policies
• Managing employee grievances, complaints and other issues
• Salary, benefits and social security administration and verification
• HR documentation management in compliance with labour law
• Other tasks assigned according to organisational policy

About you

• Knowledge and understanding of labour law with expertise and accuracy
• Skills in personnel management and discipline
• Experience with Tiger Soft payroll system (highly considered)
• Ability to work with employees of all ages
• HR experience of at least 3-5 years (Recruitment & Payroll experience highly considered)
• Knowledge of Payroll systems, social security and tax
• Attention to detail and good judgment
• Knowledge of labour law and HRM/HRD processes
