Assurance Operations Accelerator

We are looking for motivated professionals to join the SRB Assurance Operations Accelerator (AOA) Team.

The AOA team supports client-serving teams with engagement management services across multiple industry sectors, including Financial Services, Manufacturing and Technology. The role involves delivering high-quality work in line with defined procedures, supporting engagement teams, maintaining documentation and developing an understanding of accounting, assurance and risk management concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver high-quality work in accordance with defined AOA procedures.
• Support client-serving/engagement teams with engagement management activities.
• Develop an understanding of risk management, including significant business processes, applicable regulations and client-specific business risks.
• Analyze and maintain engagement account activities and required documentation.
• Identify issues on a timely basis and clearly document facts and findings.
• Regularly coordinate with engagement teams and build productive working relationships.
• Manage assigned activities while working within tight deadlines.
• Contribute ideas to improve the efficiency of review procedures.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, ethics and data confidentiality.
• Learn and effectively use relevant technology and tools to enhance service delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should have a strong foundation in basic accounting and assurance and be comfortable working with engagement teams, documentation and defined processes. Good communication, analytical ability, attention to quality and the flexibility to handle multiple activities are important for the role.
