AT&T Assistant

OC Apex Operations, a premier sales and business consulting firm, invites motivated professionals to join our AT&T sales and marketing campaign. We’re hiring AT&T Assistants! As an AT&T Assistant, you'll work directly with customers to introduce AT&T products and services, understand their needs, and help them find solutions that fit their goals. This customer-facing role combines sales, communication, and relationship building to create positive experiences while supporting team sales performance.

As an AT&T Assistant, you'll represent the brand through professional, knowledgeable, and engaging customer interactions. Whether explaining wireless options, answering questions, or helping customers choose the right service, you'll play an important role in building trust and driving sales. We value individuals who are confident, personable, organized, and motivated to grow their sales and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Assistant

• Engage directly with potential and existing customers to promote AT&T products and services
• Educate customers on wireless solutions, plans, features, benefits, and current offers
• Identify customer needs and recommend products or services that fit their preferences
• Conduct sales presentations and guide customers through the purchasing process
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about AT&T products and promotions
• Generate sales opportunities through customer outreach and promotional activities
• Meet individual and team sales goals through effective sales and customer service techniques
• Track customer interactions, sales activity, and completed transactions accurately
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and knowledgeable communication
• Maintain a professional image while representing AT&T in all customer-facing interactions

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Assistant

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, marketing, or promotional work is helpful but not required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working face-to-face with customers in a fast-paced environment
• Confident explaining products, services, and solutions in a clear and engaging way
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
• Able to handle customer questions, objections, and rejection professionally
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and develop sales skills
• Available to work a full-time, on-site schedule

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
