As an AT&T Associate, you’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, introduce them to wireless products and services, and provide a positive customer experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do as an AT&T Associate:

• Engage with customers through in-person sales interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience
• Learn about AT&T wireless products, services, plans, and solutions
• AT&T Associates Identify customer needs and recommend solutions that fit their goals
• Build strong professional relationships with customers and team members
• Develop communication, sales, negotiation, and customer service skills
• AT&T Associates work alongside experienced team members and receive hands-on training
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while continuing to grow professionally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
• Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working in an in-person sales environment
