Looking to start a career in sales? Prime Horizon is hiring AT&T Associates who are motivated, outgoing, and enjoy working with people.

Whether your background is in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, sales, or another people-focused role, we provide the training and mentorship to help you succeed. No previous telecommunications experience is required.

Prime Horizon is an Authorized Dealer for AT&T, providing customers with in-person support and solutions for their wireless, internet, and connectivity needs.

What You'll Do as an AT&T Associate:

• Represent AT&T products and services through in-person customer interactions.
• Build relationships and provide an outstanding customer experience.
• Learn and recommend AT&T wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions.
• AT&T Associates answer questions and help customers find solutions that fit their needs.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Participate in daily training and coaching focused on sales, communication, and leadership.

What We're Looking For in an AT&T Associate:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or restaurant experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Reliable transportation and availability to work full-time.
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales and leadership.
