AT&T Customer Associate

No previous experience needed. We provide all the training you'll need to hit the ground running.

AT&T Customer Associate Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers to discuss AT&T products and services
• Help troubleshoot customer account issues as they come up
• Build genuine relationships through outstanding customer service
• Support customer acquisition and retention efforts
• Grow your communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Take part in ongoing training and professional development

AT&T Customer Associate Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Comfortable collaborating in a team setting
• A background in customer service, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required
