AT&T Customer Representative

We are seeking an outgoing and customer-focused AT&T Customer Representative to represent AT&T services within assigned retail locations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, introducing customers to new products and services, and creating positive in-store experiences.

As an AT&T Customer Representative, you will engage with shoppers, explain available wireless and service options, answer questions, and help new customers find solutions that fit their needs. You will work in a retail environment where communication, product knowledge, and relationship-building play an important role in sales success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in assigned retail locations to introduce AT&T products and services.
• Explain available wireless plans, features, and service options in a clear, approachable manner.
• Assist interested customers with enrollment and new account sign-ups.
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Demonstrate product features and explain the value of available offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions through personalized conversations.
• Maintain a professional, welcoming presence within the retail environment.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals while prioritizing a positive customer experience.
