AT&T Representative

Envision Collective in El Paso is seeking an entry-level AT&T Representative to join our team and help connect customers with AT&T Fiber. As an entry-level AT&T Representative, you will meet customers face-to-face, create meaningful conversations, and use your sales skills to guide them toward the internet upgrade they’ve been waiting for. This is a people-first role where your energy and professionalism make every interaction count.

Responsibilities of the entry-level AT&T Representative

• Engage customers in person and create new sales opportunities by presenting AT&T Fiber clearly and confidently
• Learn how customers use the internet and assist them in finding the right plan for their household needs
• Provide entry-level guidance by walking customers through available options and promotions
• Build trust through consultative sales conversations that highlight everyday value without technical jargon
• Assist customers with questions or concerns, ensuring they feel supported throughout the decision-making process
• Contribute to team sales goals by maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes
