AT&T Representative

Next Horizon is seeking a motivated AT&T Representative to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to gain professional experience while developing valuable skills in customer service, communication, sales, and account support.

In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their needs, provide information about AT&T products and services, and assist them in identifying solutions that fit their individual needs. You will receive structured training, ongoing coaching, and hands-on experience to help you build confidence and succeed in the position.

Previous sales or telecommunications experience is not required. We are looking for individuals who are dependable, professional, comfortable working with people, and willing to learn.

AT&T Representative Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers professionally to understand their needs and provide personalized assistance
• Introduce and explain AT&T products, services, and solutions clearly and accurately
• Assist customers with product selection, account questions, and enrollment processes
• Build positive customer relationships while delivering a high-quality customer experience
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established account and service procedures
• Participate in training, coaching, and team activities while working toward individual and team goals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable interacting with customers and building professional relationships
• Coachable, dependable, and able to work effectively both independently and with a team
• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $900.00 - $1,400.00 per week
