AT&T Representative

Marble Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a friendly and motivated AT&T Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll represent AT&T while working directly with customers to provide information about available wireless, internet, and service options. This opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop strong communication and customer service skills.

As an AT&T Representative, you’ll learn about the products and services we support, help customers understand their available options, and assist with questions and enrollment. You’ll receive training and ongoing support to help you feel confident in the role while gaining hands-on experience in a professional, customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities of the AT&T Representative:

• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Represent and provide accurate information about AT&T products and services
• Learn about customer needs and help identify appropriate service options
• Answer questions and assist with the customer enrollment process
• Maintain a positive customer experience
• Follow company guidelines and established procedures
• Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Reliable and professional
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
