AT&T Representative

We recently partnered with a leading wireless telecommunications provider and are experiencing rapid growth as we expand our campaign efforts. To support this growth, we’re hiring an AT&T Representative to join our team. As anAT&T Representative, you’ll represent AT&T through in-person customer service and sales initiatives with local businesses. As the face of our campaign, the AT&T Representative must maintain a polished, professional image at all times.

AT&T Representative Daily Responsibilities:

• Execute in-person sales and customer engagement campaigns to drive wireless service enrollments and generate referrals
• Educate prospective customers on available plans and provide competitive comparisons to help them make informed decisions
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process to support retention and satisfaction
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance the overall customer experience and campaign performance
• Share successful sales strategies and market insights with the team to help exceed client KPIs
• Submit daily activity and performance reports to leadership to track progress toward individual goals

AT&T Representative Qualifications:

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region to meet with business customers
• Previous experience in B2B, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required
• Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and sales strategies
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to and from the office is highly preferred

Pay: $72,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
