AT&T Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities

• Represent the brand at retail events, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach activities
• Assist with setting up and supporting events, promotions, and daily campaign activities
• Engage directly with customers and learn about their needs
• Educate customers on available wireless, internet, and technology solutions
• Answer questions and help customers identify products or services that fit their needs
• Assist with new customer enrollments and account setup
• Work closely with other AT&T Retail Sales Representatives to meet daily campaign and customer engagement goals
• Provide a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience

AT&T Retail Sales Representative Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment of working with people
• Reliable, professional, and motivated to learn
• Prior AT&T Retail Sales Representative experience, especially with AT&T is highly desirable
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a face-to-face environment
• Retail, restaurant, hospitality, customer service, fitness, or sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on new challenges
