AT&T Sales Assistant

Forgepoint Strategies is hiring a full-time AT&T Sales Assistant in Raleigh, NC. In this customer-facing role, you'll represent AT&T by introducing customers to AT&T Fiber high-speed internet while recommending wireless products and services that complement their connectivity needs. As an AT&T Sales Assistant, you'll connect with customers, answer questions, recommend AT&T solutions, and guide customers through the enrollment process while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do as an AT&T Sales Assistant

• Introduce AT&T Fiber and recommend wireless products when appropriate.
• Learn about customer needs and recommend the best AT&T solutions.
• Explain products, promotions, pricing, and service options.
• Guide customers through enrollment and account setup.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional service.
• Stay informed on AT&T products and current promotions.
• Work with your team to achieve sales goals.
