AT&T Sales Associate

We are hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to support our AT&T Fiber campaign. In this customer-facing role, the AT&T Sales Associate will work directly with customers to provide information about AT&T Fiber products and services, answer questions, and help individuals find solutions that fit their connectivity needs.

We are looking for outgoing, motivated individuals who enjoy interacting with people and are interested in building valuable communication, customer service, and sales experience. As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by providing product information, creating positive customer experiences, and helping customers make informed decisions regarding available AT&T Fiber services.

Key Responsibilities of an AT&T Sales Associate:

• Educate customers on AT&T Fiber products, services, and current promotions
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through professional communication
• Assist customers in selecting products and service options that best meet their needs
• Answer customer questions and provide accurate information regarding available services
• Conduct face-to-face customer interactions in designated territories and community locations
• Maintain a positive and professional representation of the AT&T brand
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve individual and team objectives
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotional offers, and industry trends

Requirements and Skills of an AT&T Sales Associate:

• Previous customer service, retail, sales, hospitality, or client-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with customers and building relationships
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
