AT&T Sales Associate

Job Overview

We are hiring a Sales Associate to represent AT&T products and services through an AT&T Authorized Retailer in East Lansing, MI. This position is employed by an independent AT&T Authorized Retailer and is not a corporate AT&T position.

This is a W-2 employee role offering a guaranteed hourly wage plus commission opportunities. No recruiting, team building, or business ownership responsibilities are involved.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with selecting AT&T products and services
• Explain available plans, devices, and promotions
• Process activations, upgrades, and account changes
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Meet individual sales goals and performance expectations
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records
• Stay current on product offerings and promotions

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of hire
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including weekends if required

Compensation

• Base Pay: $16.00–$21.00 per hour
• Additional commission opportunities based on individual sales performance
