AT&T Sales Associate

Valley Crest Group Cali is hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to join our Temecula team. This entry-level AT&T Sales Associate opportunity is a role for individuals who want to build professional sales skills, develop strong communication abilities, and take on increased responsibility over time. No telecommunications experience is required. New team members receive structured initial role development to provide knowledge on products, sales techniques, and customer engagement skills.

As an AT&T Sales Associate you will meet directly with customers, introduce AT&T wireless services, identify customers needs, and assist with the sales process. Our AT&T Sales Associates work alongside a team while building the skills needed to succeed in a professional sales environment.

AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities

• Connect with customers throughout the Temecula area to discuss available AT&T services
• Present wireless, and related service options based on customer needs
• Conduct professional sales conversations and answer questions about products and services
• Assist customers with services, sales and account setup
• Maintain accurate product and promotional knowledge
• Follow established sales and customer engagement processes that the company has in place
• Work with team members to increase sales metrics, telecommunications services and wireless products within the area

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is helpful
• Time management and organization skills
• Professional, dependable, and willing to learn
• Motivated to learn sales and build a career
• Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face setting
• Able to learn product information and apply it in customer conversations

Pay: $4,200.00 - $5,100.00 per month
