We are looking for an energetic, people-focused AT&T Sales Representative who loves helping customers and enjoys a fast-paced environment! We are an authorized dealer working directly with AT&T and are currently hiring for a full-time, in-person AT&T Sales Representative position.

This role focuses on residential customers and involves face-to-face interaction with prospective customers to discuss AT&T products and services.

Responsibilities for the AT&T Sales Representative:

• Assist customers in-person with AT&T products, services, and account questions
• Build positive relationships by marketing AT&T products to new and existing customers
• Engage with customers through in-person sales interactions.
• As a seasoned AT&T Sales Representative, you will be expected meet sales goals and market current AT&T product offers
• Handle customer concerns, directly, professionally and efficiently
• Maintain customer records and follow company guidelines

Requirements for the AT&T Sales Representative:

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Strong communication and marketing skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and advance your career as a seasoned AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representative
• Ability to work with other AT&T Customer Service & Sales Representatives and in a team environment
• Sales, marketing or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Overview:

This position is a full time employment position located in Madera, CA. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Earnings: Commission-Based.
• Schedule: Monday-Saturday (Approx. 40-50 hrs/week)
• Job Locations: Main Madera, CA office location and field locations in surrounding cities/areas as assigned.
• Clients & Products: Promote AT&T’s wireless phone, internet, and TV services.
