AT&T Team Member

Looking for an opportunity where you can build experience and work directly with customers? We're hiring a AT&T Team Member to represent AT&T Fiber in the Monterey area.

This is a full-time, customer-facing sales position. Each day, you'll speak with customers in person, explain available AT&T Fiber internet services, and help qualified customers enroll in the plan that best fits their needs. If you're comfortable talking with new people and want a role where you’re directly helping people, we'd love to meet you.

No previous sales experience is required for the AT&T Team Member role. We provide hands-on sales training covering our sales process, product knowledge, communication techniques, and customer interactions before you begin working independently.

Your Daily AT&T Team Member Responsibilities Include:

• Engage with customers to review best AT&T Fiber products for their personal needs
• Present AT&T Fiber and internet products that best align with customers’ connectivity goals
• Help interested customers complete the enrollment process accurately, including collecting the necessary information for service activation
• Explain internet speeds, pricing, promotions, installation options, and available packages using simple, easy-to-understand language
• Answer customer questions honestly and professionally so customers can make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate records of customer conversations, appointments, completed sales, and follow-up opportunities
• Attend morning team meetings with other AT&T Team Members for coaching, goal setting, product updates, and sales strategy discussions
• Continuously improve your communication and presentation skills through ongoing mentorship
• Work toward daily and weekly AT&T Team Member team goals while providing a professional customer experience

What We're Looking For in a AT&T Team Member:

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with new people face-to-face
• Positive attitude and willingness to accept coaching
• Reliable transportation to our office daily
• Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or restaurant experience is helpful but not required

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
