We’re looking for new AT&T Team Members to join our growing sales team!

The AT&T Team Member will be responsible for providing expert-level guidance and sales support to customers in selecting wireless products, plans, and accessories. You will serve as a key point of contact for customers seeking advice, troubleshooting assistance, and upgrades, ensuring that they are equipped with the best solutions to enhance their mobile communication experience.

Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Team Member:

• Engage directly with customers to identify their wireless needs and recommend suitable products, plans, devices, and services.
• Deliver personalized sales presentations and explain product features, pricing, promotions, and benefits.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals, sales targets, and performance objectives.
• Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, excellent customer service, and sales follow-up.
• Assist customers throughout the sales process and handle customer questions
• Stay informed about new product launches, wireless technology, promotions, and industry developments.
• Support customer retention by creating positive sales experiences and building long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share marketing strategies and support team goals.

Qualifications of the AT&T Team Member Role:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Previous sales, customer service, or wireless sales experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer interactions.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new products and technology.
• Basic technical knowledge of wireless devices (smartphones, tablets, accessories).

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
