We are looking for an AT&T Wireless Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer experiences, and learning about wireless solutions. You'll represent AT&T while helping customers understand their options and finding solutions that fit their needs.

Responsibilities:

• Represent AT&T professionally while interacting with customers.
• Learn about wireless products, services, and available solutions.
• Speak with customers to understand their needs and answer questions.
• Provide a friendly, professional customer experience from the initial conversation through follow-up.
• Explain service options and help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established processes.
• Work closely with the team to support customer engagement and overall growth.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop communication, customer service, and professional skills.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, serving, bartending, customer service, or a similar people-focused role is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with different types of customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Full-time availability.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
