该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责： 1、负责芯片NPI阶段的CP FT测试，定位分析测试故障； 2、负责测试流程优化，降低测试成本； 3、负责测试标准制定，编写测试方案； 4、提供测试技术支持，解决芯片量产过程中遇到的问题； 5、负责芯片工艺验证和RMA问题分析 5. 负责智能手机，AIOT，PMIC，WCN，TRX等领域芯片产品线。 岗位要求： 1、本科以上学历； 2、三年以上IC测试经验； 3、熟悉ATE测试流程； 4、必须掌握93K/EXA/ UF/UFP/J750/S16P机台，其他平台经验不符合要求 5、熟练掌握数据分析工具 6、有一定脚本语言能力（Python，Shell）
