ATE Development Manager

We are recruiting an ATE Development Manager for a defense company located in the Shephelah region

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborating with Systems Engineering, Software Development and Hardware Development teams
• Leading and managing the development of automated test systems and advanced test stations
• Defining and developing modular test architectures
• Professionally managing subcontractors and development teams, leading integration processes and design reviews
• Developing and implementing test solutions on production lines and at customer sites, planning and tracking work plans, and coordinating with Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement and customers throughout the system lifecycle

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 years of experience specifying, designing and developing automated test systems
• 3 years of experience leading processes in a multi-stakeholder environment
• 2 years of experience managing work with customers and subcontractors, including developing work plans
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering
