Role: ATE / Post-Silicon Validation Lead/Manager

Experience: 5–15Years

Work location: Chennai (OMR);Bangalore( Electronic city Phase 1)

Key Skills

Hands-on expertise in any one of these ATE platforms:

• Teradyne UltraFLEX

ATE Test Program Development, Debug & Troubleshooting
Digital / Analog / Mixed-Signal device testing
Test Time Optimization & Production Test Setup
Handler / Prober Interface Setup
Semiconductor Manufacturing & Post-Silicon Test Methodologies
Hands-on knowledge of Oscilloscopes, Signal Generators & Logic Analyzers
Programming knowledge in C / C++ / C# / Java
Knowledge of USB, UART, PCIe, I2C, SPI, I2S, DDR
Load Board / Probe Card exposure is an added advantage
