Athenian Grill is a family-owned restaurant group serving fresh, flavorful Greek favorites, and we're growing. Our Fayette Mall location sits in one of Lexington's busiest shopping destinations, which means steady traffic, hungry guests, and a team that's ready for a leader who brings energy, structure, and heart to every shift.

What You'll Do

• Own the day-to-day operation of the restaurant from open to close, and everything in between
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a team that's proud of the food and the service
• Build schedules that keep the restaurant covered and labor on target
• Manage food and labor costs, inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Keep food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards sky high
• Make every guest feel welcome and handle the occasional curveball with grace
• Track sales and performance, spot opportunities, and turn them into results
• Lead by example on the floor and in the kitchen when the rush hits
• Partner with ownership to keep the location growing

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience, with general manager or assistant manager experience preferred
• A natural leader who builds people up and holds the line on standards
• Strong grasp of P&Ls, food cost, labor management, and inventory
• Calm, organized, and solution-focused under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with guests, staff, and ownership
• ServSafe Manager certification, or willingness to obtain it
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A genuine love of great food and great hospitality

Experience: Restaurant management: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification: ServSafe Manager (preferred)
