Job Summary We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Athletic Activity Specialist to join our team! As a Specialist, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with camp operations. If you have a sports or coaching background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills.
• Lead structured activity times
• Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement
• Individualize activities to suit each child’s abilities
• Communicate with parents/guardians
• Follow all health and safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching children/students is a plus
• Prior playing experience is preferred
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
