This is not a desk job.
You'll spend your time leading coaches, building relationships with schools and families, representing our programs at community events, and helping create amazing experiences for thousands of children throughout North Texas.
If you're someone who enjoys variety, leadership, and making a real impact, we'd love to meet you.

- Support marketing initiatives
- Meet with school directors and administrators
This role combines leadership, coaching, operations, marketing, and community engagement into one exciting position.

Within your first year, you'll:
- Build strong relationships with local schools and community partners
- Help recruit, train, and retain outstanding coaches
- Ensure classes run smoothly across multiple locations
- Increase visibility of our programs throughout the community
- Deliver exceptional experiences for families and children
- Support enrollment growth across both brands

- Work into ownership roles within territories
- Lead recruiting and training initiatives
- Oversee additional program locations
- This role serves as a pipeline for future executive leadership roles like our upcoming COO position

- Take ownership and solve problems independently
- Thrive in a role that combines office work with field work
- Enjoy leading and developing people
- Want to make a positive impact in your community
