About Us
Cornerstone Health is an integrated healthcare and performance clinic located in the heart of downtown Evanston. We help patients rebuild and restore their joints, strength, and confidence through the most advanced non-surgical care available.
Our collaborative team of chiropractors, athletic trainers, and rehab professionals thrives on learning, innovation, and patient success. We’re passionate about getting results, pushing boundaries, and doing work that matters — together.
This is not your typical clinic job. It’s a chance to train under an industry leader in regenerative and rehabilitative care, with full access to cutting-edge technology, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an Athletic Trainer (ATC) who’s not only clinically skilled but also naturally motivated, driven, and energizing to others.
If you find joy in rallying people around a shared mission and pushing projects across the finish line, you’ll feel right at home here.
Your Working Genius strengths likely include:
- Galvanizing: Inspiring and motivating others — both patients and teammates — to take action.
- Tenacity: Following through, getting results, and ensuring no detail is left unfinished.
Your Role
As an Athletic Trainer at Cornerstone Health, you’ll play a key role in both patient care and the growth of our performance programs. You’ll have the freedom to lead, innovate, and develop within a supportive, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple aspects of patient care under the direction of the Clinic Director.
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy, including Fascial Manipulation, Dry Needling, and Shockwave Therapy (Radial & Focused).
- Guide patients through progressive exercise rehab using GRIP, DNS, and sports performance methodologies.
- Integrate advanced tools like BFR training, kettlebell and barbell progressions, and Vald performance testing.
- Oversee patient progress — from initial exam through full discharge — ensuring measurable outcomes.
- Motivate and galvanize both patients and team members around our shared vision and standards of care.
- Build and maintain community relationships with referral sources, local teams, and schools.
- Educate patients on their treatment options — including non-insurance-based programs — with clarity and confidence.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Dynamic Team Culture: Work in a supportive, growth-oriented environment where collaboration and camaraderie are real.
- Advanced Clinical Tools: Access elite technologies including Storz Focused & Radial Shockwave, Magnetolith EMTT, SmartTools BFR, Vald Performance, and full Rogue/REP strength systems.
- Mentorship & Growth: Train alongside a leader in regenerative rehabilitation and gain unlimited learning opportunities.
- Balanced Lifestyle: Consistent hours, minimal travel, and meaningful patient relationships.
