Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Office Assistant will perform basic desk attendant responsibilities and will assist the Assistant Director of Administration. They will work with athletic department employees on various levels.

Required Qualifications

• Some knowledge of Athletics
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Experience using Microsoft office and Google Docs
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced, team environment
• Responsible, dependable, with basic office skills
• Assist office manager in daily functions
• Assist all other staff and coaches with various tasks and office work
• Answer the phone at the front desk and direct all calls
• Greet and welcome any guests that come into the athletic department
• Assist student athletes and help mangage the academic center

Required Education

Must be enrolled as a student at Belmont University.
